Nous, les wedding planners, nous aimons bien utiliser des termes barbares comme \u00ab\u00a0coordination jour J\u00a0\u00bb. Pourtant, nous ne sommes pas l\u00e0 pour torturer les futurs mari\u00e9s, bien au contraire.<\/p>

Dans une coordination jour J, je suis pr\u00e9sente le jour de votre mariage afin de vous laisser pleinement profiter de ce jour si sp\u00e9cial, sans que vous ou vos proches n’ayez \u00e0 vous tracasser de toute la partie logistique (et croyez moi, il y a un paquet de chose \u00e0 faire et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer) !\u00a0<\/p>

Lorsque vous faite appel \u00e0 moi pour une coordination jour J, voici tout ce qu’inclue ma prestation :<\/p>

* La relecture de tous les contrats des diff\u00e9rents prestataires avec lesquels vous avez sign\u00e9s<\/p>

– L’\u00e9laboration d’un document comptable regroupant le budget total du mariage. Cela comprend les acomptes d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9s, ceux \u00e0 verser prochainement et le solde \u00e0 payer aupr\u00e8s de tous vos prestataires. De cette mani\u00e8re, nous nous assurons de ne pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, et mieux anticiper les d\u00e9penses \u00e0 venir\u00a0<\/p>

* La prise de contact avec chaque prestataire pour refaire un point sur le contrat, mais surtout sur leurs r\u00e9els besoins le Jour J.<\/span><\/p>

– L’\u00e9laboration du planning g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la journ\u00e9e pour anticiper chaque d\u00e9placement<\/p>

* L’\u00e9laboration d’un planning personnalis\u00e9 pour chaque prestataire. Je deviens leur principale interlocutrice pour vous assurer d’\u00eatre serein tout au long de la journ\u00e9e (et des jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents le mariage)<\/p>

– Ma pr\u00e9sence le Jour J, accompagn\u00e9e d’une assistante, pour toute la partie logistique. Mais aussi pour accueillir vos invit\u00e9s (toujours avec le sourire!), et g\u00e9rer les impr\u00e9vus (parce qu’il y en a toujours un peu).<\/p>

* Le suivi post-mariage (suivi des paiements de solde, gestions des reprises par les prestataires, livraisons des photos et vid\u00e9os).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
